We offer packages for a variety of event sizes. Our venue can accommodate anywhere from intimate gatherings to larger events with 150 guests.

Yes! For weddings with guest counts of 50 or more, we require a designated day-of wedding coordinator. You may choose to use your own coordinator, or our on-site coordinator and planner are available for an additional fee.

If you are interested in using our coordinator, please ask about our planning & coordination add-ons. Our event planners are here to guide you every step of the way.

Our Signature Wedding Weekend includes:

3-day access to the property (for rehearsal/decorating, wedding day, and clean-up)

tables and chairs for up to 150 guests

an outdoor party tent

use of getting-ready suites

ceremony and reception spaces

standard setup of furniture/tent

table linens

and property access for bridal portraits and planning sessions

We offer additional add-ons, such as on-site lodging, an outdoor dance floor, carnival games, tableware and glassware, and day-of coordination, that can be added to your package.

We will send you an itemized list of included services, rentals, and fees before you sign a contract, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

All clients who plan to serve alcohol are required to obtain a banquet/reception license at least 30 days before your event. Permits can be purchased online at abc.virginia.gov.

We also require that a designated bartender tend the bar at all times to ensure that guests under the age of 21 are not served.

We do not supply alcohol for any event.

We follow all Virginia ABC guidelines.

Absolutely! We maintain a trusted list of vendors who know the property well and will make your day run seamlessly. You are welcome to pick from this list or hire your own licensed and insured vendors.

Our staff will handle the setup and breakdown of any Boxwood Farms rentals, such as tables, chairs, linens, and tents. It is the client's responsibility to set up and take down any florals and decor.

Decorating services can be included in your package for an additional charge.

Yes. For weddings, we require a signed contract, a $1,000 non-refundable retainer fee, and a refundable security deposit to secure your event date. The security deposit amount depends on your package specifics. The retainer fee applies toward your total package pricing.

For other events, the non-refundable retainer fee and security deposit depend on your package total.

Yes! Photographers can shoot at the venue for $100 per hour. If you have booked a wedding, 2 hours of photography time is included in your contract for engagement/bridal portrait sessions.

In exchange for use of the property, we also ask for the right to use photographs for marketing and promotional purposes.

Yes. We have dedicated guest parking, plus reserved accessible parking close to event spaces.

If you plan to provide shuttles or valet, our team will help you map the flow.
